Ingredients
- 4 legs with thigh.
- 1/2 cup lemon juice.
- 1 Tablespoon worcerstershire sauce.
- 1 grated onion.
- 1 clove of grated garlic.
- 1 sliced lemon.
- 2 springs of thyme.
- Salt.
Procedure
- Place all ingredients in a refractory.
- Bake at 180oC for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and browned.
