Ingredients

  • 4 legs with thigh.
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice.
  • 1 Tablespoon worcerstershire sauce.
  • 1 grated onion.
  • 1 clove of grated garlic.
  • 1 sliced lemon.
  • 2 springs of thyme.
  • Salt.

Procedure

  1. Place all ingredients in a refractory.
  2. Bake at 180oC for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and browned.
